A New Novel by

Marie-Blanche Mitchell

About the Author

Marie-Blanche Mitchell is a retired teacher who taught for over thirty years and has volunteered for the last ten years at an eleventh-hour ministry across the street from an abortion clinic.

She has been heavily involved in community and musical theatre, as well as historical re-enactment. Over her lifetime, she has written plays, produced some successfully for dinner theatre fundraisers, and still has some half-finished screenplays on the shelf. Her works include Fingers in All the Pies, Paul Kane: Painter of Stories, Kate the Storyteller, Max’s Unexpected Gift, The Sharing Girl, Camilla’s Last Screech, and “Vernal Regeneration,” a short story published in Beneath the Mask: Faith, Hope, and Transformation in the Face of COVID-19.

Marie-Blanche is an Alberta grandmother of four living with two affectionate rescue felines, Somkat and Morkat.
